Part 2 of the CoPaCC Police ICT: Forces in Focus Individual Force Reports examines the responses of officers and staff from Staffordshire and West Mercia police forces to the CoPaCC National Police ICT Survey 2018. The report charts their level of satisfaction with ICT provision in their individual forces via ten questions covering a range of subjects including overall satisfaction, investment, access to a computer, provision of mobile devices, system integration and data reliability, training and support. The responses are broken down to federated ranks, senior officers and staff providing a unique insight into the challenges experienced in each force.
