Data entry: Preparing for The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is planned to become legislation in the United Kingdom on 25 May, 2018. The UK government has confirmed that the UK’s decision to leave the EU will have no impact on the enactment of the GDPR within the UK. Robert de Souza, Associate Partner at Chaucer Digital which works with the Home Office, the NPCC, Police ICT Company as well as police forces, explores the implications of this decision.
