Good practice from TVP’s behavioural science internal focus could be shared with forces nationwide

An internally focused Behavioural Science Unit set up by Thames Valley Police is helping the force to address a range of issues including leadership standards, neurodiversity, and structural and geographical change – and good practice identified from the work of the Unit could soon be shared with other forces across England and Wales, as Policing Insight’s Sarah Gibbons reports.
