In 2024 are again expecting more than 500 exhibitors and participants from more than 50 countries
Since its inaugural event in the year 2000, GPEC® every two years has developed into a leading special closed event for internal security with trade fair and conferences – for many years organized under the patronage of the Federal Ministry of the Interior and in 2022 with 500 exhibitors, including authorities, from 32 countries and more than 7.000 participants from 55 countries on 5 continents. In 2024 are again expecting more than 500 exhibitors and participants from more than 50 countries. The Patron of GPEC® 2024 is State Minister Armin Schuster, Saxon State Minister of the Interior.
For the first time ever a National Exhibitor Pavilion will feature at GPEC®, organised by the Israel Export Institute. Like no other event in Germany, this unique overview is the “one-stop-shop” for authorities only as well as national and international information and networking platform for products and solutions in all specialist areas and equipment areas of internal security. GPEC® thus promotes the resource conservation of the authorities with regard to market inspection, and innovations as well as information exchange and regularly seeks to exchange information about their needs. As a closed trade fair for all management levels and subject areas with police, border guard, customs administration, state intelligence and security services, municipalities, civil protection and disaster control authorities, prisons and the judiciary as well as special and infantry units of the military, GPEC® regularly forms the confidential framework for the exchange with top executives, decision-makers and preparers, procurers, technicians, trainers and end users from Germany and around the world, competence “Made in Germany”.
The trade fair is only accessible to visitors from national and international authorities upon presentation of an official service ID card or legitimation. Market-leading suppliers and competitors present their innovative products and numerous new products in this most comprehensive overview of management and operational resources. Several police and security authorities and organizations also contribute as exhibitors and even more as speakers in the specialist conferences.

The decoupling GPEC® digital focusing on all digitalization topics of internal security that was first organized in 2019 was and remains part of this all-encompassing GPEC® every two years. We organize the independent event GPEC® digital in the intermediate years, the odd calendar years.
