An experienced CIM-qualified marketing and PR consultant specialising in technology sectors, Michael Shuff is the marketing lead for 7Safe, PA Consulting’s cyber security training, ethical hacking, incident response, forensic investigation services, and compliance (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials and GDPR) brand. Prior to joining PA’s team in 2015, Michael was with IT Governance Ltd, a leading global provider of IT governance, risk management and compliance solutions.
Michael’s career history lists under clients and employers, FT-250 companies – notably ARM; a registered charity that supports professionals and volunteers in education, Eastern Leadership Centre; IT-GRC consultants; cyber security service providers; and technology firms developing applications for web/cloud services.
In 2014 - 2015, Michael wrote a weekly blog on ‘ISO 9001:2015 - How to apply Risk-based Thinking to Quality Processes’ that has been republished internationally.
Michael lives in Cambridge, UK, and is based at the PA Consulting & 7Safe Cambridge Cyber Development Centre in Melbourn, Cambridgeshire, which trains annually 500 ethical hackers, forensic investigators and other cyber practitioners employed by the UK Government, police forces, and private sector companies.
