Keith F. Lazaron II is a former law enforcement professional with more than 20 years of public safety experience, most recently with West Kittanning Police Department in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. A US Army veteran and former Military Police officer, he has held a range of operational and leadership roles across the criminal justice system, including patrol and supervisory assignments and school-based policing. Lazaron holds two associate degrees from Eastern Gateway Community College, a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in Intelligence and Security Management from Norwich University, and a Master of Public Administration with a Criminal Justice concentration from Anna Maria College. He has also earned advanced graduate certificates in Strategic Leadership and related areas of public service leadership and organizational development. He is currently completing his Doctor of Criminal Justice degree with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from National University. His writing focuses on policing culture, leadership, organizational capacity, officer wellness, and public trust. He is the author of From Roadways to Hallways: One Officer’s Mission to Reach Young Hearts.
