After spending 32 years in the Met.Police where amongst other things he led Operation Seneca, which brought fully integrated CCTV coverage to all London’s buses, he went onto become the BCU Commander at Hounslow in West London. A second career brought him to Westminster City Council where he re-organised Street Management in the City and went on to manage the new Unit. Upon leaving WCC he was a volunteer Youth Leader with the Prince’s Trust and later trained and qualified as afull time Youth Leader, in South London, Sussex and Surrey, working with some of the most disorganised and difficult NEET’s in these areas. In 2012, he was asked by the newly elected PCC for Surrey to become his Deputy. On behalf of the PCC he is now involved in a wide range on issues ranging from Cybercrime prevention, to being a Member of the Governing Body of the Surrey and Borders Mental Health Trust.
