Christine Gagnon is a specialist in behavioural analysis and linguistic semantics, trainer, consultant and speaker. She has developed an innovative programme that covers all the best behaviour analysis techniques in the areas of negotiation, intervention, high-level security, and in the legal field. She has authored and co-authored several books, and has been a trainer and e-learning trainer on the behavioural analysis techniques for 15 years. Accredited in questioning by the Institute of Analytic Interviewing in California, Christine has worked for the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority, the Canadian Security Intelligence Service, the Canadian Armed Forces, the Bar Association of Quebec, Health and Social Services agencies and several government and police departments. Enthusiastic about the added value of behaviour analysis, she also studies and trained teams specialised in surveillance and detection of suspicious behaviour during events, in public places and on surveillance cameras. She also created the profilers team that offers a range of professional services that cover behaviour assessment and prediction, detection of non-verbal speech, situational analysis and analysis of organisational dynamics.
