3.3.6 Access to the new PolicingTV (from 7th February 2022) service will also be provided free of charge for a temporary period while content for the new service is built. PolicingTV will be a separate service requiring it’s own subscription.

3.4 Individual subscriptions

3.4.1 Individual subscriptions are purchased and managed by you on the site by visiting the ‘My Account’ page
3.4.2 Various subscription plans are offered, providing different levels of access and lengths of subscription period
3.4.3 Individual subscription plans are recurring subscriptions, that automatically renew at the end of each subscription period. The subscription renews until you click ‘Cancel renewal’ on the ‘My Account page’. You are responsible for managing the renewal of your subscription plan. Information about your current subscription plan, including renewal charge, access and automatic renewal date information is clearly visible at the top of the My Account page
3.4.4 You are charged for the initial period at the start of the subscription via your debit/credit card by our secure payment services partner Stripe. The card details are held by Stripe and the payment card is charged at each renewal. You can update your payment card details at any time by visiting the ‘Billing’ section on the ‘My Account’ page.
3.4.5 During your subscription period, you may have the opportunity to change to selected alternative subscription plans which may provide a higher level of access, a different subscription period or better value. To change to a subscription plan that is not available during your current subscription, you must cancel the renewal of your current subscription; the full selection of subscription plan options will then be visible to you when the account lapses to ‘Registered free’ access. If you change subscription plan during a current subscription, you will have the value of the outstanding current subscription period discounted off the cost of the new subscription plan.
3.4.6 A receipt is emailed to your account email address each time a purchase or renewal transaction takes place. The receipt and transaction history can also be viewed in the ‘Billing’ section of the ‘My Account’ page. To generate a VAT receipt with extra information about your organisation (UK only), you must ensure that during the purchase transaction, you tick the VAT receipt box and enter the information into the additional fields provided.
3.4.7 IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTE: It is your responsibility to report any unrecognised transactions to customer services immediately via [email protected] so that the issue can be investigated and resolved.
3.4.8 You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time by visiting the My Account page and clicking the ‘Cancel subscription renewal’ link. Once the subscription plan renewal has been cancelled, you  will continue to have access until the expiry date. The account will then revert to ‘Registered Free’ access and no further charges will be made to your debit/credit card.
3.4.9 If the card payment fails at renewal due to the payment card held no longer being valid then the account will then revert to ‘Registered Free’ access and no further charges will be made.
3.4.10 The subscription transaction is a single payment for access and no pro-rata refunds are available for early cancellation of renewal.
3.4.11 Discretionary refunds will be considered by CoPaCC Ltd if you contact customer services in writing (email [email protected] ) within 7 days of the payment.
3.4.12 An individual subscription is for a single user only (the owner of the account identified by their email address) and not for use by multiple persons. The use should be personal and not for organisation use. If more than one user is required to use or benefit from the account then an organisation wide subscription must be purchased. An individual subscription should not be purchased for library use, an organisation subscription must be purchased for this and similar use. Any misuse of the account would be considered a breach of this agreement and we reserve the right to terminate the account. Please contact us for information on purchasing subscriptions for multiple accounts or to purchase an organisation wide subscription.
