This was the first in-person IPA World Congress for three years - the last two were run online because of the global pandemic. The Congress ran for a week, with a combination of business and professional meetings, discussions and briefings running in harmony with educational visits to some of the region's policing infrastructure, as well as socially to a number of tourist locations. Bernard's film covers some of the introductory World Congress proceedings, before hearing multi-lingual insights from a number of the delegates, themselves representing some of the 372,000 IPA members across 68 countries on six continents.
