At this year’s Leadership Forum, the theme, “Growing Future Leaders” will provide Ontario police professionals with a strategic approach to leadership that prioritizes specific goals, values, and behaviors, by leading self, leading teams and leading communities. This concept is particularly relevant in law enforcement, where leadership impacts not only the officers and staff but also the community they serve.
Intentional Leadership is essential in maintaining public trust, ensuring officer well-being and effectively serving the community.
The Leadership Forum is a learning opportunity that allows Ontario police personnel to discuss, explore, and exchange ideas on areas of mutual concern/interest in law enforcement leadership and administration. This forum addresses practical, operational issues and provides participants with the tools to deal with organizational leadership challenges. Whether you are a member of a senior management team or middle management team, this is your opportunity to engage with your fellow police leaders on some of the most critical, contemporary policing issues today.
The program features discussion areas on leading self, leading teams, and leading community from subject matter experts and current police leaders.
