CACP International Aviation Intelligence Conference: Intelligence operations and the insider threat
In-person
25th May 2025 to 27th May 2025
May 25-27 2025, Toronto, ON
The theme of the conference is on “Intelligence Operations and the Insider Threat” in the Aviation Sector and how Transnational Serious Organized Crime (TSOC), with corrupted employees, related businesses and extensive criminal networks, are exploiting our airports both domestically and internationally causing immeasurable harm to both communities.
The illicit exploitation of the Aviation Sector, domestically and internationally, continues to increase exponentially as TSOC groups, Foreign Actors along with their vast criminal networks capitalize on these intelligence and security gaps. These criminal exploitations are enhanced by the support of “The Insider Threat” which includes employees and businesses related to the Aviation Domain. The support provided by the “Insider Threat” equates to immeasurable harm and risk to civil society.
The need for highly effective, multi-agency/international strategic intelligence operations in the aviation sector has never been higher.
This conference will address these gaps as subject matter experts from around the globe will join the CACP in the common goal of increasing collaboration, communication and intelligence sharing by Police, Law Enforcement Stakeholders and other critical stakeholders. A series of case studies, expert panel discussions and workshops relating to the “Insider Threat” and intelligence “Best Practices” will ensure the success of the event while enhancing aviation and public safety through increased intelligence foresight and partnerships.
