With over 20 years’ experience in management and technology consulting, Tom has delivered a range of high-profile digital transformation programmes for clients in the civil defence, financial services, energy, and government sectors. A specialist in digital strategy and enterprise architecture, Tom’s civil defence experience includes digital service design and delivery for the National Crime Agency (NCA) and the Metropolitan Police Service. A Technical Director and member of Informed Solutions Technical Board, Tom is a graduate of Lancaster University, where he guest lectures at the University’s world-ranked Management School on management, technology, and organisational change.
