Profile
Sue Merchant spent most of her career in the Metropolitan Police as an OR analyst and senior manager. She is now an independent consultant working mainly now for charities under the OR Society's pro bono scheme helping them improve performance and carry out strategic planning. She is an ex president of the OR Society and secretary of its Criminal Justice special interest group.
