Lee is a Senior Manager in Deloitte Digital. He specialises in helping Public Sector organisations improve performance and reduce costs through effective citizen engagement and more efficient service delivery. This includes customer experience design, digital strategy, implementation of digital technologies, and the use of agile approaches to business and IT change. During the past three years Lee has worked extensively in policing, helping Forces meet the challenges of the comprehensive spending reviews, whilst continuing to keep citizens safe. He has designed and implemented new approaches to citizen engagement and operational policing models, designed collaborated command and control functions across multiple police forces, and with bluelight service providers, and has defined digital policing strategy.
