Joe Napolitano is a retired police Detective Inspector with over 25 years service in Northern Ireland and was a police special operations manager having extensive experience and proven success in counter terrorist and serious and organised crime operations. Joe was attached to the United Nations Mission in Kosovo for a period of 4.5 years where his final position was Regional Commander in the contentious region of Mitrovica. After retiring from the police Joe was a consultant in Northern Iraq for a period of 18 months providing liaison between the US Army and a US Department of Defence contracted UK company. Joe then spent a further 4 years in Afghanistan as lead advisor providing expertise to the Afghan Ministry of Interior with regards to establishing an intelligence led police operations centre as part of a US Army funded program. Prior to joining the police Joe served in the army.
