Opinion: About 13 years ago I attended a conference on Restorative Justice hosted by Sir Charles Pollard, the former Chief Constable of Thames Valley Police. Charles was the early pioneer of Restorative Justice (RJ) in Policing. At that time I was a Divisional Commander with the Lancashire Constabulary.
