Christine Townsend is a crisis communication specialist and has worked in the media teams of a number of UK police forces and also in central Government having left a career in journalism. She served as a Special Constable for nearly ten years, both on response and roads policing. Recently, she has launched digital start up, MusterPoint, a social media management platform for the public sector.
