Andy Marsh is a transformational Chief Constable with a track record of delivering innovation, collaboration, inclusion and diversity at two of the largest non-Metropolitan police forces in the UK. He has been at the forefront of driving technological advances in law enforcement and public protection, including initiating and overseeing the roll-out of 60,000 body-worn video (BWV) cameras for police officers in the UK, advising the Obama administration on the roll-out of 50,000 cameras in the US, and advising the French Government on the roll-out of 20,000 BWV cameras to Gendarmerie in 2020. He has further developed the use of advanced predictive analytics and visual graphics to make Avon and Somerset the most data-driven police force in the UK.
As National Police Chiefs lead for International Coordination since 2015, he has gained an international reputation initiating and leading political, technical and operational projects globally, while maximizing UK influence and engagement.
