Dr Andrew Fisher is a retired Police Superintendent having served in Merseyside Police for 30 years. He is currently an associate lecturer teaching on an MSc programme in police leadership and is the lead associate with responsibility for emergency services for MutualGain. Andrew is a regular trainer for the Abu Dhabi Community Policing and Police Science Institute and recently delivered training to a variety of agencies in Mogadishu. Andrew has had journal articles published in relation to police leadership and community engagement and has co-written a chapter in the recently published ‘Police Services: Leadership and Management Perspectives.’
